OnPoint app login questions, answered
- Is the OnPoint app login the same as online banking?
- Yes. The OnPoint (OnPointCU) mobile app uses the exact same login ID and password as the website. Set up your sign-in once and it works in both places.
- How do I log in faster next time?
- After your first sign-in, turn on Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint login in the app's settings. From then on you can open the app and reach your accounts in a second, without typing your password.
- I downloaded the app but can't sign in. What's wrong?
- Make sure you've enrolled in online banking at least once, the app is updated to the latest version, and Caps Lock-style autocorrect isn't changing your login ID. If it still fails, reset your password from the sign-in screen.
- Is signing in on the app secure?
- Yes. The app connects to OnPoint's encrypted systems, and biometric login keeps your password off the screen. OnPoint will never ask for your password or a one-time code by text, email, or phone.
- Which phones can run the OnPoint app?
- The OnPoint mobile app is available for recent iPhone and Android devices from the App Store and Google Play. Keeping your phone's operating system updated keeps the app secure and working smoothly.
