OnPoint Login — Online Banking Account Access
Securely sign in to OnPoint online banking to manage your services, check your balance, and review transaction history. This guide walks you through every step. Serving Oregon & SW Washington since 1932.
-
Open OnPoint's secure sign-in
Select Login at the top of any OnPoint page, or use the button below. Sign-in always happens on OnPoint's own encrypted portal, so your details stay protected.
Open OnPoint online banking -
Enter your login ID
Type the username you created when you enrolled. This is your login ID, not your account number. New to online banking? You'll need to enroll once before your first sign-in.
-
Enter your password and select Login
Type your password, then choose Login. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check that Caps Lock is off. Forgot it? You can reset it from the same screen in a couple of minutes.
-
Confirm a one-time code if asked
On a new device, OnPoint sends a one-time passcode to your phone or email to confirm it's you. Enter it to finish signing in. You can usually mark a personal device as trusted to skip this next time.
What you can do once you're signed in
Your OnPoint online banking gives you secure, around-the-clock access to the everyday tasks you'd otherwise visit a branch for. After logging in you can:
- Check your balance and see pending and posted transactions across every account.
- Move money between your OnPoint accounts or to other people with Zelle®.
- Pay bills and schedule recurring or one-time payments.
- Deposit checks from anywhere using your phone's camera.
- Manage cards — freeze a lost card, set a travel notice, or report fraud.
- Review statements and download records for taxes or budgeting.
Logging in on the mobile app
The OnPoint mobile app uses the same login ID and password as the website. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, open it, and sign in. Once you're in, turn on Face ID or fingerprint sign-in so future logins take a single tap, and enable alerts so you always know what's happening on your accounts.
Login not working? Common fixes
Most sign-in problems come down to a few things you can solve in a minute:
- Password rejected: passwords are case-sensitive — check Caps Lock, then reset it if needed.
- Account locked after several tries: wait a short while, then reset your password rather than guessing again.
- Code never arrives: confirm the phone number or email on your account is current, and check spam.
- Page won't load: clear your browser cache or try a different browser; on the app, make sure it's updated.
- Still stuck: call OnPoint member services at 800-527-3932 — real people, local to the Northwest.
Login questions, answered
- What do I do if I forgot my password?
- On the OnPoint sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password” and follow the prompts to verify your identity and set a new one. You'll need access to the email or phone number on file with your account. For your security, OnPoint never sends your existing password — you always create a new one.
- I can't remember my login ID. How do I recover it?
- Use the “Forgot login ID” link on the sign-in screen. After confirming your identity, you'll be able to retrieve the username tied to your account. Your login ID is the name you chose at enrollment, not your account number.
- How do I log in on the mobile app?
- Download the OnPoint mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, open it, and sign in with the same login ID and password you use online. Once you're in, you can turn on Face ID or fingerprint sign-in so future logins take a second.
- Why do I have to enter a one-time code?
- When OnPoint doesn't recognize your device, it sends a one-time passcode to your phone or email to confirm it's really you. Enter the code to continue. Never share that code with anyone, even someone claiming to be from OnPoint.
- Can I check my balance without logging in?
- For your protection, balances and transaction history are only available after a secure sign-in. Logging in lets you view balances, move money between accounts, pay bills, deposit checks by photo, and manage cards.
- Is it safe to sign in?
- Yes. Your actual sign-in always takes place on OnPoint's own secure, encrypted portal — this guide simply walks you through it. OnPoint will never ask for your password, full card number, or one-time codes by email or text.
